Case study: "Mein ADLER" shopping app
ADLER Mode Customer Loyalty and Shopping App
In a close partnership with defacto realations and the inhouse team at ADLER we have provided technical and functional design, creative services and user interface design as well as full native software development for the "Mein ADLER" loyalty and shopping app. Since the first release in spring 2017 we are continuously maintaining, updating and enhancing the functionality of the application. In addtion to developing the smartphone app itself, we are taking care of managing releases and maintaining the App Store presences. Additionnally we are providing middleware systems and interfaces connecting the ADLER inhouse systems with the app.

Apple Watch app "Mein ADLER"
Practical accessory for all Apple Watch owners, the watchOS app makes the essential information and functions directly accessible from the wrist. Digital customer card including QR-code for identifiaction with the POS. ADLER branches can be saved as favourites, and the preferred branch is permanently accessible on the Apple Watch. Navigation to the branch can be initiated right from the watch. Customer service information is directly available and calls can be triggered from the device.
